Elora is timid and shy and she's making an effort to learn. Her foster is working with her to slowly build her confidence in her new environment and help her open up. She's good with other dogs as she lived with two other small dogs. We and her foster believe she has so much potential with patience and the right guidance. She'll need a fully fenced-in yard and another small dog to help build her confidence.
